Our Recruiting Process

Develop the search

At Podium Partners, we feel that investing time with our clients up front to develop the search pays dividends in a faster and more successful talent recruiting process.

We work closely with our clients to develop a thorough understanding of the hiring needs and the key attributes of a successful candidate. We also offer advice on how to structure the position to ensure the best candidate is found.

Based on our conversations, we will develop the search profile for the position and finalize approval to launch the search.

Identify Candidates

Job boards only scratch the surface of the candidate pool. Often, the most qualified candidates are not actively looking for a new career.

At Podium Partners, we cover all the bases to ensure we find the best candidates for the positions you need to fill. In addition to the standard job postings, we leverage our network of qualified candidates and look for talent in comparable positions, or with comparable firms.

Once we identify a longlist of potential candidates, we will do the ground work to filter the list down to a manageable number of qualified candidates to present.

Present Candidates

To get the most return from your time investment, Podium Partners will only present candidates with the highest potential to meet your hiring needs.

The candidates we present to you for interviews will be limited to the ones that have the greatest success at fitting into your organization, both from a technical perspective as well as cultural fit.

We will do the work to set up the interviews and help you to choose the best candidate.

Support Closing

Once you choose the candidate, there is still work to be done. Studies show that the professionalism of the search process, as well as the on-boarding, can have a strong impact on the candidate’s initial impression of your company and their overall satisfaction with their new job.

Podium Partners can help you create a positive closing and on-boarding experience, so that your new hire begins their career with you with the best possible experience.
